Legalize It?
Today there is much controversy over whether or not marijuana should be considered illegal or not throughout the United States. It is only medically legal today in 15 states, not including Massachusetts. Just the past year New Jersey and DC legalized it for medical uses. Although it is only prescribed for medical reasons there are many who use it day to day just for their own pleasure.
Hoarders
Hoarders are people who have a compulsive hoarding disease. It is not really common, but affects an estimated 5-6 million Americans. According to a Times Magazine article in July of 2010, there are 75 hoarding task forces nationwide. These people are hoarders because they feel they have no jobs, no motivation or no direction in life.
The Effects of Teenage Pregnancy
Felicia Everard, a sophomore at The High School of Commerce, said, “This was a very unplanned pregnancy, it happened all so quickly. Girls think that getting pregnant can hold down their man, but at any moment the guy can leave and than we are the ones stuck with the baby. But your free times and other times are done because when you have to go out, you’re going out with the baby.”
Teens in Relationships
Teen relationships are very popular in high school. When you think of high school a lot of people picture their “high school sweetheart” or their friends. High school relationships are usually the beginning of people starting long-term relationships and friendships. There are usually positive and negative effects that result from these relationships. Long-term friendships can happen in high school, but can also end in high school. Therefore it’s possible to meet new people, but lose old friends.
Topeka Terror
The Westborough Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas has been the subject of many news stories in the past several months, and so naturally the question arises, who are these ever present crusading people and what do they really want out of this world as a whole? The church has been in operation since 1967 and is one of the only churches of its size {Fred Phelps and his relatives} to have its own Wikipedia page. They are known for picketing important events such as the funerals of dead soldiers and people who were openly gay. Their hateful message is being heard by everyone, at a time when their ideas are generally disliked and frowned upon.
The Mustang Leads the Herd
On March 9, 1964, the first Mustang rolled off the assembly line in Dearborn, Michigan being introduced into the world. The Mustang made its world debut a month later on April 17, 1964 at the world’s fair in Flushing Meadows, New York. Since then, Ford has moved forward with creating the best Mustang so far, the 2011 Mustang GT V8.

I have a quick question for all our readers, however many there may be. When you think of a great car what comes to mind? Do you think of the Mustang and the Charger that others have been so quick to point out or do you think of something with more history? Would the most popular car ever sold come to mind? Maybe you think of the car that has been in production longer than any other?
